CSB-EAP33255A3 is a solid phase sandwich Enzyme Linked-Immuno-Sorbent Assay (Sandwich ELISA). An antibody specific for SARS-CoV-2 Nucleoprotein (N) has been pre-coated onto the microwells. The SARS-CoV-2 Nucleoprotein (N) protein in samples is captured by the coated antibody after incubation. Following extensive washing, another antibody Biotin conjugated specific for SARS-CoV-2 Nucleoprotein (N) is added to detect the captured SARS-CoV-2 Nucleoprotein (N) protein. Followed by Tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent. Solution containing sulfuric acid is used to stop color development and the color intensity which is proportional to the quantity of bound protein is measurable at 450nm.

I am looking for an antibody pair to be used in a sandwich ELISA for SARS-CoV-2 N protein detection. May I know if you could recommend an antibody pair? May I know if you could provide an antibody conjugation service? I would like to have a biotin-conjugated capture antibody and ALP conjugated detection antibody.

We have the following antibody pair for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 N protein in Sandwich ELISA assay. This antibody pair comes with an unconjugated capture antibody(mouse scFv fusion with human IgG1 Fc) and a biotin-conjugated detection antibody (mouse monoclonal), we do not supply ALP-conjugated antibodies.
