Description
TNFRSF1B (TNFR2) plays a critical role in TNF-α signaling within the tumor microenvironment, making it a key target for immunotherapy and cancer biology research. This recombinant human TNFRSF1B extracellular domain (aa 23–257) demonstrates confirmed ligand-binding activity, with an ED50 of 0.212 µg/ml against immobilized TNF-α in functional ELISA, providing a suitable basis for receptor-ligand interaction assays, competitive inhibition studies, and blocking antibody screening.
