Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
TNFRSF1B (TNF-R2/p75) mediates critical TNF-α signaling in immune regulation and tumor microenvironment modulation, making it a key target in oncology drug discovery. This recombinant human TNFR2 construct spans the extracellular ligand-binding domain (aa 23–257) with a C-terminal hFc1 tag, and its functional integrity is confirmed by ELISA binding to immobilized TNF-α with an EC50 of 1.162–1.481 ng/ml, supporting use in ligand-receptor interaction assays, competitive inhibition studies, and blocking antibody screening. Mammalian cell expression preserves native glycosylation and disulfide-dependent folding essential for conformationally accurate epitope mapping and affinity characterization by SPR or BLI. Purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE combined with endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfies the criteria typical for therapeutic antibody validation and small-molecule inhibitor screening in cancer-focused programs.
