To make the IFNA2 polyclonal antibody, a rabbit was injected with recombinant human interferon alpha-2 protein (24-188aa), after which their serum was collected. And the antibody was isolated and purified from the rabbit serum through protein G affinity chromatography.
The IFNA2 polyclonal antibody can recognize IFNA2 proteins from both human and mouse samples. It is highly pure, with a purity of up to 95%. This antibody has been extensively tested in various applications, including ELISA, WB, IF, and IHC. Researchers commonly use it as a tool to detect, quantify, and localize the IFNA2 protein in a wide range of tissues and cell types.
