Description
Glypican-3 is a heparan sulfate proteoglycan overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma, making it a high-value target for antibody development and immunotherapy research. This recombinant human GPC3 variant (G537R), spanning residues 25–559 with an N-terminal 6xHis-Myc tag, demonstrates strong binding to anti-GPC3 recombinant antibody in functional ELISA with an EC50 of 4.739–7.092 ng/ml, confirming its suitability as a reliable antigen for antibody screening, epitope mapping, and sandwich ELISA development. Produced in mammalian cells to support proper folding and post-translational modifications, this partial-length construct provides a suitable basis for cell-based binding assays and antibody characterization studies in oncology research.
