TNFSF9

TNFSF9, also known as TNF Superfamily Member 9, is a cytokine belonging to the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) ligand family. It acts as a ligand for TNFRSF9/4-1BB, a costimulatory receptor on T lymphocytes, and is involved in antigen presentation and cytotoxic T cell generation. TNFSF9 signaling promotes T cell proliferation and activation, and is associated with immune responses in various diseases, including cancer and autoimmune disorders. The TNFSF9/4-1BB pathway is a potential target for cancer immunotherapy, with ongoing research exploring its role in tumor immune microenvironment and its implications for drug development.

Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA08047A0Rb at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
