Description
TNFSF9 (4-1BBL) is a critical costimulatory ligand that drives T cell expansion and anti-tumor immunity through engagement of the 4-1BB receptor, making it a key tool in immuno-oncology research. This recombinant human TNFSF9 (residues 71–254), expressed as an N-terminal hFc-Myc-tagged protein in mammalian cells, demonstrates potent receptor binding with an EC50 of 2.671–3.702 ng/mL against TNFRSF9 in functional ELISA, supporting its use as a coating antigen for antibody screening, a positive control in receptor-ligand binding assays, and a reference standard in cytokine detection platforms. The sub-picomolar binding potency and endotoxin level below 1.0 EU/μg satisfy the criteria typical for T cell activation and proliferation assays where LPS-driven artifacts must be excluded, enabling reliable NF-κB signaling studies and in vivo tumor models. Purity exceeding 90% by SDS-PAGE, combined with this stringent endotoxin control, provides a suitable basis for antibody development workflows requiring consistent lot-to-lot performance.
