ROR1

Ror1, also known as Receptor tyrosine kinase-like orphan receptor 1, is a protein with various aliases like Neurotrophic tyrosine kinase, receptor-related 1. This protein is a transmembrane receptor that belongs to the receptor tyrosine kinase family. It plays a key role in cell survival, migration, and differentiation through Wnt signaling pathway.
Ror1 has been associated with several diseases, including leukemia and solid tumors. It is regarded as a potential therapeutic target. Some novel drugs targeting Ror1 are in different stages of pre - clinical and clinical trials, aiming to block its function and inhibit tumor progression.
