Description
ROR1 has emerged as a compelling therapeutic target in oncology and neuroscience due to its restricted expression in adult tissues and overexpression in multiple malignancies. This recombinant construct spans the extracellular region (aa 30–403), encompassing the immunoglobulin-like, cysteine-rich, and kringle domains critical for ligand engagement and antibody recognition, and is expressed in mammalian cells to preserve native glycosylation and conformational integrity. Functional ELISA confirms robust binding activity, with immobilized ROR1 at 2 μg/mL engaging anti-ROR1 antibody at an EC50 of 0.245–0.342 ng/mL, supporting direct use in therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, competitive blocking antibody screening, and affinity characterization by SPR or BLI.
