CD200R1

CD200R is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein that is mainly expressed on myeloid cells such as macrophages, dendritic cells, and neutrophils, as well as certain T cell subsets. This receptor is crucial for immune regulation as it binds to CD200 molecules, thereby transmitting signals that suppress the immune response, reduce inflammation, and prevent excessive immune activation.
