The polyclonal antibody against CD200R1 is a mixture of antibodies that are raised against the 226-325 amino acids of the recombinant human CD200R1 protein. After immunization, the rabbits' immune systems recognized the peptide and produced a mixture of antibodies, which were subjected to antigen affinity purification to get the CD200R1 polyclonal antibody.
This CD200R1 antibody specifically recognizes and binds to the human CD200R1 protein. CD200R1, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein, also known as the OX2 receptor, is involved in immune response regulation, cell migration, apoptosis, and angiogenesis. This CD200R1 antibody is suitable for use in ELISA, WB, and IHC applications to detect and quantify CD200R1 protein levels or visualize the localization and expression of CD200R1 protein in cells and tissues.
