Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
TNFSF15 (TL1A) engages death receptor 3 to modulate T cell activation and inflammatory responses, making it a critical target in cancer immunology and autoimmune disease models. This biotinylated variant, spanning residues 72–251 of isoform 1, demonstrates robust receptor-binding activity with an EC50 of 0.27–0.64 ng/mL in functional ELISA against anti-TNFSF15 antibody, confirming proper folding and epitope accessibility for antibody development workflows including immunogen preparation, ELISA coating antigen applications, and positive control validation in Western blot. The N-terminal His-Avi tag enables oriented immobilization on streptavidin surfaces, supporting high-sensitivity binding assays and surface plasmon resonance studies of TNFSF15–receptor interactions. With endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg and purity exceeding 95%, this preparation meets the quality thresholds commonly required for cell-based functional assays examining T cell proliferation, NF-κB or MAPK signaling pathway activation, and apoptosis induction in primary lymphocytes or tumor cell lines.
