Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-81°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
Thymic stromal lymphopoietin drives type 2 immune responses by activating dendritic cells and promoting Th2 differentiation, making it a central mediator in allergic inflammation and atopic disease models. This recombinant human TSLP, spanning the full mature sequence (aa 29–159), demonstrates robust receptor engagement with an EC50 of 41.01–45.10 ng/mL for human CRLF2 binding and 5.487–6.214 ng/mL for anti-TSLP antibody recognition in functional ELISA, providing quantitative benchmarks for dose-response studies in dendritic cell activation assays, Th2 polarization experiments, and JAK/STAT signaling pathway investigations. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg prevent LPS-driven artifacts that confound interpretation of TSLP-specific effects in primary human PBMC cultures and other immune cell functional assays. Purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE, combined with validated receptor binding, supports its use as a coating antigen in antibody development workflows and as a reference standard in cytokine detection platforms.
