Generally, the mammalian cell used to produce the protein is HEK 293, becasue compared with the CHO cells, HEK293 cells grow faster and are easier to transfect, foreign protein expression yield is high.
However, the CHO cell is also available if you have this request. For the time being, all mammalian cells available are CHO cell and HEK293 cells.
