Description

To prepare this MRGPRX2 polyclonal antibody, rabbits were first immunized with the human MRGPRX2 antigen, which stimulates the production of specific antibodies against the MRGPRX2 antigen. The antibodies are then collected and purified using protein G affinity chromatography, resulting in a purity greater than 95%.

The purified MRGPRX2 polyclonal antibody is then tested in ELISA, WB, and IF. In ELISA, the MRGPRX2 polyclonal antibody can be used as the primary antibody to specifically recognize and bind to the MRGPRX2 antigen from human and mouse samples. This MRGPRX2 antibody can be used to detect and visualize the human and mouse MRGPRX2 proteins in WB and IF, respectively.
