Description

The polyclonal antibody CSB-PA013754LA01HU especially targets the MELTF protein. To create this antibody, a rabbit was inoculated with recombinant human Melanotransferrin protein (20-302aa), and protein G affinity chromatography was employed to purify the antibody. The purity of this MELTF polyclonal antibody is greater than 95%.

The MELTF polyclonal antibody can detect MELTF protein in both human and mouse samples. Multiple rigorous validations have confirmed its efficacy in various applications, including ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF. Therefore, researchers can utilize this antibody to quantify MELTF protein levels, identify its presence and size, and localize the MELTF protein.
