Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
NKp30 (NCR3) is a key activating receptor on natural killer cells that recognizes stress-induced ligands on tumor and infected cells, making it a critical node in innate immune surveillance. This biotinylated cynomolgus macaque NCR3 extracellular domain (aa 19–135) demonstrates robust ligand-binding activity with an EC50 of 1.171–1.377 ng/mL against immobilized NCR3LG1 in functional ELISA, providing quantitative evidence of native conformational integrity suitable for ligand-receptor interaction studies and competitive inhibition assays. Mammalian cell expression preserves the post-translational modifications essential for authentic receptor folding, supporting applications in therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, blocking antibody screening, and affinity characterization by surface plasmon resonance or biolayer interferometry.
