Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-81°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
CD30 ligand (TNFSF8) drives NF-κB signaling through CD30 engagement on activated T and B cells, making it a critical tool for dissecting lymphocyte activation and Hodgkin lymphoma biology. This recombinant human CD30L, spanning residues 63–234 with an N-terminal hFc tag, demonstrates potent receptor binding with an EC50 of 4.169–6.360 ng/ml against immobilized CD30 in functional ELISA, supporting its use as a coating antigen for antibody screening, a positive control in CD30/CD30L interaction assays, and a stimulus in cell-based activation or proliferation studies using primary lymphocytes. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive immune cell experiments, while purity exceeding 90% by SDS-PAGE satisfies the quality thresholds commonly required for in vivo tumor models and NF-κB pathway signaling studies. The hFc fusion format also facilitates straightforward detection and crosslinking in functional assays requiring receptor clustering.
