Description
CD30 ligand (TNFSF8) plays a critical role in costimulatory signaling on activated T cells and in the pathobiology of Hodgkin lymphoma, making it a key target for oncology-focused functional studies. This recombinant human CD30L, spanning residues 63–234 with an N-terminal 6xHis tag, demonstrates robust receptor engagement with an EC50 of 9.531–12.49 ng/ml against immobilized CD30 in functional ELISA, supporting its use as a coating antigen for antibody screening, a positive control in CD30/CD30L binding assays, and a ligand in NF-κB pathway activation studies.
