Description
Trop-2 (TACSTD2) has emerged as a high-priority therapeutic target in oncology, driving demand for well-characterized recombinant antigen suitable for antibody screening and functional binding studies. This recombinant human TACSTD2 spanning residues 27–274 with a C-terminal 10×His tag is produced in mammalian cells, preserving native-like glycosylation and folding critical for accurate epitope presentation. Functional ELISA confirms robust binding activity, with immobilized TACSTD2 at 2 μg/mL engaging an anti-TROP2 recombinant antibody at an EC₅₀ of 0.73–1.08 ng/mL, providing a reliable positive control for antibody characterization, lead selection, and sandwich ELISA development.
