Description
MUC17 plays a critical role in epithelial barrier protection within the gastrointestinal tract, and this recombinant partial construct (aa 4131–4390) captures a functionally relevant segment of the extracellular domain. Activity validation by functional ELISA demonstrates robust antibody-binding capacity, with an EC50 of 0.91–1.26 ng/mL against a recombinant anti-MUC17 antibody when immobilized at 2 μg/mL — a result that supports use in antibody screening, epitope mapping, and sandwich ELISA development.
