IL1R1

IL1R1, interleukin-1 receptor 1, alias CD121a, IL1R, IL1RA, IL1RT1. it is a receptor protein on cell membranes and belongs to a key component of the interleukin 1 (IL-1) signaling pathway. IL1R1 is derived from a variety of cell types, including specific endothelial cells, ventricular cells, astrocytes, and neurons.
IL1R1 regulates the transcription of multiple pro-inflammatory cytokines and mediates immune and inflammatory responses by binding to IL-1α, IL-1β, IL-1Ra, and IL-38 and activating signaling pathways including NF-κB and MAPK.
IL1R1 plays an important role in immune regulation and inflammatory processes, and it plays a key regulatory role in many inflammatory and immune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and rheumatoid arthritis. It is a potential target for the treatment of these diseases.

Overlay Peak curve showing NIH/3T3 cells surface stained with CSB-RA011621MA1HU (red line) at 1:50. Then 10% normal goat serum was Incubated to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1µg/1*10⁶cells) for 45 min at 4°C. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 35 min at 4°C. Isotype control antibody (green line) was mouse IgG1 (1µg/1*10⁶cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
