Activity
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The biological activity is determined by its inhibitory effect of IL-8 production using human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. About 90 % of inibition was seen using a concentration of 1 ug for both 4-1BB Ligand and 4-1BB Receptor.

Description
TNFRSF9 (4-1BB/CD137) is a costimulatory immune checkpoint receptor whose ligand interactions are central to T-cell activation and anti-tumor immunity, making it a high-priority target in immuno-oncology drug development. This tag-free recombinant human TNFRSF9 encompasses the extracellular ligand-binding domain (aa 19–184) and demonstrates robust biological activity, with approximately 90% inhibition of IL-8 production in human PBMCs at 1 µg alongside 4-1BB Ligand—functional evidence that supports use in competitive inhibition assays, blocking antibody screening, and therapeutic antibody epitope mapping.
