Description
TNFRSF9 (4-1BB/CD137) is a key costimulatory receptor in immuno-oncology whose engagement with its ligand TNFSF9 amplifies T-cell activation and antitumor immunity. This recombinant construct spans the extracellular ligand-binding domain (aa 24–186), expressed in mammalian cells with a C-terminal 10×His tag to preserve native glycosylation and conformational integrity critical for receptor-ligand interaction studies. Functional ELISA confirms robust binding to TNFSF9 with an EC50 of 1.011–2.429 ng/mL, supporting use in ligand-binding assays, competitive inhibition studies, blocking antibody screening, and therapeutic antibody epitope mapping relevant to immune checkpoint drug discovery.
