Description
Lymphotoxin-alpha is a TNF superfamily cytokine that drives NF-κB signaling and apoptotic responses central to tumor microenvironment research and immune regulation. This tag-free recombinant human LTA, covering the full mature sequence (aa 35–205) expressed in *E. coli*, demonstrates potent cytotoxic activity with an ED50 of 20–80 pg/ml in the L-929/actinomycin D assay, confirming its suitability for cell-based apoptosis and cytotoxicity studies, NF-κB and MAPK signaling pathway dissection, and use as a reference standard in cytokine detection assays.
