Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-81°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Notes
The VLPs are expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293).Mix the sample gently by repeatedly pipetting it up and down. Do not vortex.Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.Store the protein at -20℃/-80℃ upon receiving it, and ensure to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, otherwise, it will affect the protein activity. The immunization strategy should be optimized (antigen dose, regimen and adjuvant).
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, storage temperature and the stability of the product itself. Generally, the shelf life of lyophilized form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C from the date of receipt.

Description
CCR1 mediates chemotactic responses to inflammatory chemokines including CCL3 (MIP-1α) and CCL5 (RANTES), making it a target of interest in cancer immunology and inflammatory disease research. This full-length receptor (aa 1–355) is presented in virus-like particles produced in mammalian cells, a format that preserves native membrane topology and post-translational modifications critical for conformational integrity of seven-transmembrane receptors. Functional ELISA validation demonstrates specific antibody binding with an EC50 of 9.69–10.94 ng/mL, confirming that the extracellular epitopes retain their native structure and supporting use in therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, competitive inhibition screening, and blocking antibody validation assays.
