Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-81°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
TNFSF15 plays a critical role in vascular remodeling and immune regulation, making it a key target in cancer biology and inflammatory disease research. This rhesus macaque ortholog, spanning residues 72–251, demonstrates robust receptor-binding activity with an EC50 of 0.92–1.13 ng/mL in functional ELISA, confirming that the recombinant protein retains native signaling competence suitable for cell-based activation and apoptosis assays in primate-derived cell lines. The low endotoxin level (< 1.0 EU/μg) meets the quality thresholds commonly required for immune cell functional studies, where LPS contamination would confound readouts in NF-κB and MAPK pathway analyses. Purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE, combined with the quantified binding potency, supports use of this protein as a coating antigen in antibody development workflows and as a positive control in cytokine detection platforms targeting the TNF superfamily.
