Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
TNFSF15 mediates inflammatory signaling through death receptor 3 and plays a central role in mucosal immunity and tumor microenvironment modulation, making the rhesus macaque ortholog essential for translational primate models of inflammatory bowel disease and cancer immunotherapy. This biotinylated variant, spanning residues 72–251 of the mature extracellular domain, demonstrates robust receptor engagement with an EC50 of 0.26–0.30 ng/mL in functional ELISA against an anti-TNFSF15 antibody, providing quantitative evidence of native-like binding competence suitable for antibody development, ELISA standardization, and receptor–ligand interaction studies. The N-terminal Avi-tag enables site-specific biotinylation for use in pull-down assays, surface plasmon resonance, and flow cytometry–based receptor profiling on primary macaque T cells or dendritic cells. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg and purity exceeding 95% meet the quality thresholds commonly required for cell-based functional assays where LPS contamination would confound NF-κB or MAPK pathway readouts, supporting applications in macaque PBMC activation, cytokine secretion profiling, and in vivo inflammation models.
