Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
TSLP drives type 2 immune responses by activating dendritic cells and promoting Th2 differentiation, making it a central mediator in allergic inflammation and asthma pathogenesis. This cynomolgus variant carries R127A and R130S substitutions and spans the full mature sequence (aa 29–159), enabling direct comparison with wild-type TSLP in structure-function studies and therapeutic antibody screening. Functional ELISA demonstrates antibody binding with an EC50 of 45.77–53.37 ng/mL, while biolayer interferometry confirms high-affinity interaction (KD = 4.41 nM), supporting use in antibody development workflows including epitope mapping, candidate ranking, and neutralization assays.
