Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description

Lymphotoxin beta receptor mediates critical signals in lymphoid organogenesis and immune homeostasis, making its extracellular domain a key target for dissecting TNFSF14/LIGHT interactions in primate models. This cynomolgus macaque LTBR fragment spanning residues 28–229 demonstrates quantifiable binding to human TNFSF14 with an EC50 of 11.83–14.23 ng/ml in functional ELISA, providing a validated reagent for ligand-binding assays, competitive inhibition studies, and blocking antibody screening in translational research. Mammalian cell expression preserves the native glycosylation and disulfide architecture essential for physiological receptor conformation, supporting its use in therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, SPR-based affinity characterization, and small-molecule inhibitor screening campaigns.
