Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
Lymphotoxin-beta receptor plays a central role in lymphoid organogenesis and immune homeostasis, making its extracellular domain (aa 31–227) a critical tool for dissecting TNF superfamily signaling networks. This yeast-expressed construct demonstrates robust binding to both a recombinant anti-LTBR antibody (EC50 0.53–0.61 ng/mL) and its natural ligand TNFSF14/LIGHT (EC50 7.3–8.9 ng/mL) in functional ELISA, providing quantitative evidence of preserved conformational epitopes suitable for competitive inhibition assays and therapeutic antibody epitope mapping. The low endotoxin level (<1.0 EU/μg) combined with >95% purity supports use in ligand-binding screens where inflammatory background must be minimized, including SPR-based affinity characterization and blocking antibody validation campaigns.
