Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
Lymphotoxin beta receptor orchestrates secondary lymphoid organogenesis and immune homeostasis through its interactions with membrane-bound lymphotoxin heterotrimers and LIGHT, making it a critical node in inflammatory signaling and immune architecture. This mammalian-expressed construct spanning residues 31–227 captures the complete extracellular ligand-binding domain and demonstrates quantified binding to both a recombinant anti-LTBR antibody (EC50 0.65–0.82 ng/mL) and human TNFSF14/LIGHT (EC50 4.40–5.17 ng/mL), confirming native-like conformational integrity suitable for ligand-receptor interaction studies by ELISA, SPR, or BLI. These validated binding parameters support its use in competitive inhibition assays, blocking antibody screening, and therapeutic antibody epitope mapping where precise affinity measurements are essential. The protein meets quality thresholds commonly required for drug discovery applications, with >95% purity by SDS-PAGE and endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg, providing a reliable positive control for binding assays targeting the lymphotoxin signaling axis.
