Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-80°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
FGFR2 dysregulation drives oncogenesis in gastric, breast, and endometrial cancers, making this receptor a critical target for therapeutic antibody development and small-molecule inhibitor screening. This mammalian-expressed construct spanning residues 22–378 of isoform 3 captures the complete extracellular ligand-binding domain, ensuring native glycosylation patterns that preserve conformational epitopes essential for antibody epitope mapping and blocking antibody screening. Functional ELISA validation demonstrates specific antibody binding with an EC50 of 1.066–1.203 ng/mL, confirming that the protein retains its native structure and supports quantitative ligand-receptor interaction assays, competitive inhibition studies, and affinity characterization by surface plasmon resonance or biolayer interferometry. Dual chromatographic analysis confirms >95% purity by both SDS-PAGE and SEC-HPLC, and endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfy the contamination thresholds typical for cell-based assays in drug discovery workflows.
