The USP22 antibody can be used to recognize the human USP22 protein. When a rabbit received an injection of the recombinant human USP22 protein (330-478aa), an immune response occurred in the rabbit producing large amounts of antibodies against the USP22 protein. The rabbit's blood was collected and isolated to get the anti-serum, which was purified by protein G to obtain the USP22 polyclonal antibody (purity 95%+). This USP22 antibody has accessed its specificity in ELISA, IHC, and IF applications.
USP22 is a component of the SAGA (Spt-Ada-Gcn5-acetyltransferase) complex, which is involved in the regulation of gene expression through histone acetylation and deubiquitination. USP22 also plays important roles in various cellular processes, including DNA repair, cell cycle progression, and cellular differentiation. Dysregulation of USP22 has been implicated in the development and progression of various types of cancer, making it a potential target for cancer therapy.
