The recombinant human C-C chemokine receptor type 10 (CCR10) protein (314-362AA) is used to immunize rabbits to obtain the CCR10 antibody. This CCR10 polyclonal antibody exists as an unconjugated IgG. It has undergone protein G purification and reaches up to 95% in purity. It only shows reactivity with human CCR10 protein. Quality tests of this antibody have been validated in ELISA, WB, IHC, and IF assays. The target protein CCR10 is the receptor for CCL27 and CCL28. CCR10 interacting with CCL27 is involved in T cell-mediated skin inflammation. CCR10/CCL28 interactions are essential for efficient accumulation of antigen-specific IgA plasma cells to the murine large intestine and mammary gland.
