Do not vortex.Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended.Store the protein at -20℃/-80℃ upon receiving it, and ensure to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, otherwise, it will affect the protein activity. The immunization strategy should be optimized (antigen dose, regimen and adjuvant).

Description
SLC2A1 (GLUT1) mediates basal glucose uptake across cell membranes and serves as a critical target in metabolic disease and cancer research, where its overexpression correlates with tumor glycolytic activity. This full-length construct (aa 1–492) is presented in virus-like particles that preserve native membrane topology, enabling functional studies of transporter conformation and ligand interactions that soluble fragments cannot support.
