Description
IGFLR1 remains a relatively undercharacterized receptor in the IGF-like signaling network, making access to a functionally validated extracellular domain construct particularly valuable for mechanistic studies. This recombinant human IGFLR1 encompasses the extracellular region (aa 23–163) with a C-terminal hFc1 tag, expressed in mammalian cells to preserve native glycosylation and disulfide-mediated folding critical for ligand recognition. Functional ELISA confirms that immobilized IGFLR1 at 2 μg/mL binds human IGFL1 with an EC₅₀ of 4.640–5.722 ng/mL, providing a reliable basis for receptor-ligand interaction assays, SPR/BLI affinity characterization, competitive inhibition studies, and blocking antibody screening. Purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE combined with endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfies the criteria typical for cell-based functional assays and therapeutic antibody epitope mapping workflows.
