Description
Claudin-18.2 has emerged as a high-priority therapeutic target in oncology due to its restricted expression pattern and tumor-specific accessibility, yet its four-transmembrane topology makes recombinant production notoriously difficult. This virus-like particle (VLP) format presents full-length human CLDN18.2 (aa 1–261, isoform A2) in a membrane-embedded conformation produced in mammalian cells, preserving native folding of the extracellular loops critical for antibody recognition.
