Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C/-81°C upon receipt, aliquoting is necessary for mutiple use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Description
CD70, a TNF superfamily member that drives CD27-mediated co-stimulatory signaling on T and B cells, plays a critical role in anti-tumor immunity and has emerged as a therapeutic target in oncology. This recombinant human CD70 (residues 52–193) is expressed in mammalian cells with an N-terminal 10xHis tag, preserving native post-translational modifications essential for receptor engagement. Functional ELISA confirms binding activity with an EC50 of 2.414–3.196 ng/mL against anti-CD70 antibody, supporting use as a coating antigen for antibody development and validation, as a positive control in CD70 detection assays, and in NF-κB signaling pathway studies downstream of CD27 activation. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts in immune cell-based assays, while purity exceeding 90% by SDS-PAGE satisfies the quality thresholds commonly required for in vivo tumor biology models.
