Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Description
CD20 is a B-cell-specific surface marker that plays a central role in B-cell activation and is the primary target for therapeutic antibodies in B-cell malignancies and autoimmune disorders. This full-length construct (aa 1–297) expressed in mammalian cells demonstrates quantified binding to anti-CD20 recombinant antibodies with EC50 values of 4.034–6.968 ng/mL and 8.137–9.704 ng/mL in functional ELISA, confirming that the protein adopts a conformation recognized by clinically relevant antibody epitopes. These binding characteristics support its use in antibody development and validation workflows, including epitope mapping, affinity maturation screening, and biosimilar characterization studies targeting CD20-directed therapeutics.
