Description

FGF-9 plays a critical role in neuronal survival, lung development, and mesenchymal cell proliferation, making it a key target in both developmental biology and regenerative medicine research. This recombinant mouse Fgf9 covers the full-length sequence (aa 1–208) with an N-terminal 6xHis tag and demonstrates strong mitogenic potency, with an ED50 of 4.14 ng/ml in a Balb/3T3 fibroblast proliferation assay — a level of activity that supports use in cell proliferation and survival assays, neuronal or osteogenic differentiation studies, and angiogenesis or wound healing models.
