This Rat TSH ELISA Kit was designed for the quantitative measurement of Rat TSH protein in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates. It is a Sandwich ELISA kit, its detection range is 0.6 μIU/mL-24 μIU/mL and the sensitivity is 0.3 μIU/mL.

Review: I used CSB-E05115r to detect autoimmune thyroiditis rats, and the dilution ratio was 1: 10. The operation steps of the elisa box are the same, and the same batch of serum can be done at the same time, which greatly shortens the experimental time, is very convenient and has accurate results.
