Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Description
CXCL9 (MIG) is a key CXCR3 ligand that drives Th1-polarized lymphocyte trafficking, making it central to studies of antitumor immunity, viral infection, and inflammatory disease models. This tag-free recombinant mouse CXCL9 (residues 22–126) encompasses the mature protein sequence and demonstrates potent chemotactic activity toward human lymphocytes at 0.1–1.0 ng/ml, providing a reliable positive control and functional reagent for Transwell migration assays, CXCR3 signaling studies involving MAPK and JAK/STAT pathway activation, and in vivo syngeneic tumor or infection models requiring precise immune cell recruitment. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg minimize LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive immune cell assays such as T-cell activation, proliferation, and cytokine secretion readouts, while purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE supports use as a reference standard in ELISA-based cytokine detection or as a coating antigen for antibody validation workflows.
