Description
CXCL2 (GRO-β) is a potent neutrophil chemoattractant that signals through CXCR2 to drive inflammatory cell recruitment, and this recombinant form demonstrates confirmed chemotactic activity on human CXCR2-transfected HEK293 cells at 10–100 ng/mL, providing a reliable positive control for migration and chemotaxis assays.
