Reconstitution
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Please reconstitute protein in deionized sterile water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL.We recommend to add 5-50% of glycerol (final concentration) and aliquot for long-term storage at -20°C/-80°C. Our default final concentration of glycerol is 50%. Customers could use it as reference.

Description
CCL17 (TARC) is a key CCR4 ligand that drives Th2 cell recruitment and plays a central role in allergic inflammation, atopic dermatitis models, and tumor immune evasion studies. This tag-free recombinant human CCL17, encompassing the full-length mature sequence (residues 24–94), demonstrates potent chemotactic activity on primary human T-lymphocytes at 1.0–10 ng/mL, providing a reliable basis for Transwell migration assays, CCR4 signaling pathway analyses, and in vivo inflammation models. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfy the stringent criteria needed to prevent LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive immune cell functional assays, while purity exceeding 97% by SDS-PAGE supports use as a reference standard in CCL17 detection ELISAs or as a coating antigen for antibody development and validation. Expressed in *E. coli* to ensure consistent lot-to-lot performance, this recombinant CCL17 protein aligns with standards expected in both cell-based functional studies and quantitative immunoassay workflows.
