Description
CCL17 (TARC) is a key CCR4 ligand that drives Th2 cell recruitment and plays a central role in allergic inflammation, atopic dermatitis models, and tumor immune evasion studies. This tag-free recombinant human CCL17, encompassing the full-length mature sequence (residues 24–94), demonstrates potent chemotactic activity on primary human T-lymphocytes at 1.0–10 ng/mL, providing a reliable basis for Transwell migration assays, CCR4 signaling pathway analyses, and in vivo inflammation models. Endotoxin levels below 1.0 EU/μg satisfy the stringent criteria needed to prevent LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive immune cell functional assays, while purity exceeding 97% by SDS-PAGE supports use as a reference standard in CCL17 detection ELISAs or as a coating antigen for antibody development and validation.
