CCL13 (MCP-4) plays a non-redundant role in monocyte and eosinophil recruitment through CCR2 and CCR3 signaling, making it a critical reagent for dissecting chemokine-driven immune cell trafficking. This tag-free recombinant protein, spanning the mature sequence (residues 24–98) expressed in *E. coli*, demonstrates confirmed chemotactic activity on primary human monocytes at 10–100 ng/ml, providing a suitable basis for Transwell migration assays, CCR2/CCR3 receptor activation studies, and downstream MAPK or NF-κB signaling pathway analysis. The endotoxin level of <1.0 EU/μg satisfies the stringent criteria needed to prevent LPS-driven artifacts in sensitive monocyte and dendritic cell functional assays, while also supporting use in *in vivo* inflammation models where endotoxin contamination could confound results. Purity exceeding 96% by SDS-PAGE further supports its application as a reliable reference standard in chemokine detection assays or as a coating antigen for antibody development and ELISA validation.
