Description

This recombinant monoclonal antibody is developed as a research-grade biosimilar to LASN-01, targeting interleukin-11 receptor subunit alpha (IL11RA). IL11RA forms part of the heterodimeric receptor complex for interleukin-11, a member of the IL-6 cytokine family that plays critical roles in hematopoiesis, osteoclast development, and inflammatory responses. The IL-11/IL11RA signaling pathway has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including fibrotic diseases affecting the heart, lung, kidney, and liver, as well as certain cancers where it promotes tumor progression and metastasis.
