Description
CCR6 mediates the migration of dendritic cells and memory T cells to inflammatory sites through its interaction with CCL20, making it a target of interest in cancer immunology and autoimmune disease research. This full-length receptor (aa 1–374) is presented in virus-like particles produced in mammalian cells, a format that preserves native membrane topology and post-translational modifications critical for authentic ligand recognition. Functional ELISA validation demonstrates specific antibody binding with an EC50 of 44.79–56.10 ng/mL when the receptor is immobilized at 10 μg/mL, confirming that extracellular epitopes remain accessible and properly folded—a prerequisite for therapeutic antibody epitope mapping, competitive inhibition screening, and blocking antibody validation.
