Protein kinase involved in the regulation of actin cytoskeleton organization and endocytosis. Phosphorylates PAN1 which disrupts the interaction between PAN1 and END3, and between PAN1 and SLA1. Phosphorylates SCD5. Preferentially, phosphorylates substrates on threonine residues in a [L/I/V/M]-x-x-[Q/N/T/S]-x-T-G motif.
