Tag Info
N-terminal His-tagged/Tag-Free
The tag type will be determined during production process. If you have specified tag type, please tell us and we will develop the specified tag preferentially.
Storage Condition
Store at -20°C, for extended storage, conserve at -20°C or -80°C.
Shelf Life
The shelf life is related to many factors, storage state, buffer ingredients, storage temperature and the stability of the protein itself.
Generally, the shelf life of liquid form is 6 months at -20°C/-80°C. The shelf life of lyophilized form is 12 months at -20°C/-80°C.
Notes
Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Store working aliquots at 4°C for up to one week.

Target Background

Function(From Uniprot)
Tyrosine protein phosphatase which functions as a dosage-dependent inducer of mitotic progression. Directly dephosphorylates CDK1 and stimulates its kinase activity. Also dephosphorylates CDK2 in complex with cyclin E, in vitro. Phosphorylation by PIM1 leads to an increase in phosphatase activity.

  2. Cdc25A inhibitors block cell-cycle progression and proliferation, reduce liver and kidney weights and cyst growth in animal models of polycystic kidney/liver disease. PMID:22155366
  3. 1,25(OH)(2)D inhibits VSMC proliferation through a Cdc25A-dependent mechanism and suggest that this hormone may prove useful in the management of disorders characterized by aberrant proliferation of VSMC in the vascular wall. PMID:20813185
